In an effort to grow the sites popularity and attract more quality users to the site, we are asking that every person who signs up please upload at least a picture of yourself. Artist who have blank profiles will find it difficult if not impossible to attract a new fan base. On the same token, listeners who do the same will find not encourage artist to accept your friend request and interact with you. In short, please do your best to add content to your profile (i.e music, blogs, pictures, films etc). Thanks!!!

Many of you have been waiting for our real-time recording studio and battle rap features. We want to let you know that we are debugging it and it should be available to you towards the end of April maybe sooner! Stay tuned!

UCLA's Musician Showcase

Vusiq will be attending UCLA Musicians Showcase on Wednesday March 12th, 2008 from 7:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m.

About the event:

UCLA Musician's Showcase is an opportunity for talented UCLA singers and songwriters to show off their skills!

We are looking for acoustic musicians to audition and hopefully perform in front of not only fellow UCLA students but also music experts!

The Doors, Maroon 5, and Sara Bareilles are only a few of the artisits who went to UCLA and broke into the music business in a big way. Will you be next?

Vusiq Event

"Approaching Zenith", one of the best new and emerging bands out there, will be performing live this April. Singer/song writer Kevin Royer and Vusiq founder Joel Jackson are organizing this co-promotional event to spread the word about this brand new and innovative online community. Head on to Bruin Walk, at UCLA, Tuesday April 15th where Approaching Zenith will sing their hit song "Frenzy" among other songs off their album. During the show, we are going to be handing out our specially designed t-shirts for free. We guarantee you its going to be an amazing event so make sure you show up!!!
